Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

VITUGI is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases.
